The company "Vehicle Accessories Heikorechner" was founded in 2010 and deals with the production of high quality protective grilles for off-road vehicles and commercial vehicles. We supply dealers and private customers. We have focused on the protective grilles for the MB G-Class. In a small, but very well-equipped workshop, we create our own developments of protective grids as well as replicas by hand. Replicas generally differ in small details from their original models so that they cannot be incorrectly offered as originals. The item number therefore includes the designation "NB", while in-house developments are identified with "EE". Almost every imaginable protective grille is available that is available for the G-Class and its military versions WOLF / PUCH.

We only use high-quality materials for the production of the protective grilles, all of which are purchased in Germany. From the cutting of the material to the deburring of the individual parts and their cleaning to bending and welding, care and attention to detail have top priority in the production process. We manufacture the necessary devices and special tools for bending, drilling and welding ourselves. Only a few laser cuts that we have made in our region are purchased.

Our protective grilles differ from those of other manufacturers mainly in the welding process that we use. All protective grids are TIG welded. In contrast to resistance spot welding, this always creates absolutely clean and burr-free welded joints with homogeneous transitions. TIG welding is a very time-consuming process and sophisticated welding devices are used to prevent the welded parts from warping.

An excellent coating company takes care of the surface treatment of the finished welded parts - also in our region. All protective grids are first galvanized in the most modern systems and then powder-coated in matt black. The result is a durable and robust surface. The MADE IN GERMANY label is justified and verifiable!
